• Problem 3: The System File Table does not contain files.
  It does not increment a counter.
• Problem 4: Don't use the words identical or same as when referring the the FDT of the child. These are ambiguous. The parent and child do not have the same FDT. Each has its own.
• In general, it would help to read what you write to make sure it makes sense.
