An Electronic Laboratory for Operating Systems and Computer Networks

This was a proposal for three years of funding by the ILI-LLD program. That program was combined with the CCD program. I was funded for one year through ILI-LLD (DUE-9750953) and applied for two additional years from CCD. Here is the summary for the original proposal.
